Ans: Yes. Once you have entered the Schengen territory, single entry visa allows the holder to circulate within the Schengen territory multiple number of times. However, if the holder of this visa leaves the Schengen territory, he/she cannot re-enter again without a new valid visa.

Ans: Applicants are free to apply up to 180 days prior to their date of travel. However, all applications must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the proposed date of travel to accommodate any unforeseen processing delays. This period is extended to 9 months in the case of the seamen. For the NALCAP program, the application must be submitted as soon as possible it can be submitted from up to 6 months before the start of the study program.

Ans: In most cases, you will be informed within 15 calendar days whether your application has been successful. Sometimes it can take up to 45 days in case it is necessary to make a more detailed exam of the application.

Ans: Applicants need to send the application only via courier to BLS – Spain Visa Application Center, Washington DC.

Ans: Applicants can book an appointment for any working day at BLS application centre during the specified submission timings. Applicants will be asked to take a token at the entrance and be seated in the waiting area (You can approach our Submission Counters when your token number is displayed). Our officers at the counter will collect your visa application form to check that the documents are complete and your photograph meets the required specifications. Your passport will be checked for validity empty pages and previous travel information. Your fees will be collected in accordance with the visa category you have chosen and the documents you submit will be checked in the manner in which they are required by the Consulate General of Spain. You will be issued a receipt for the fees paid and given an acknowledgement for the submission of your passport.

Ans: After deciding the eligible visa category applicants can visit visa type category on our webpage and see the list of required documents. Photocopies are recommended as documents will not be returned. Submit originals only where specified.

Ans: You can take courier service at the time of submission and once your passport gets ready our Visa Application Centre will dispatch the same. Upon receipt of the package, you will be required to provide a signature and verify your identity. At the time of opting for the courier service, you will be provided an option to authorize an individual in your absence to sign for the package and verify their identity on your behalf.

Ans: 1º FIRSTLY: In the Consulate General of the country where you are staying most of the nights of your trip.
2º SECONDLY: If you are spending the same number of nights in two countries, of these two, you have to apply in the Consulate General of the country that is your point of entry Europe.
3º If none of those two countries is your point of entry, then, from the two countries where you are spending the same number of nights, you can apply in anyone of these two Embassies.

Schengen Visa:

Nalcap Visa:

  • Visa applicants must personally come to the office to collect the passport (Passport cannot be given to anyone else).

Student Visa:

  • If the application was submitted by postal mail: Visa applicants must to come to the office to collect the passport (Passport cannot be given to anyone else).
  • If the application was submitted in person with an appointment: the applicant can pay for the shipping of his passport at our office or can decide to come in person to pick it up.
